This lovey 18th Century and Later Carved Oak Coffer is in great clean condition having a rectangular heavy top, fitted with replacement Hinges, opening to reveal a clean sturdy Interior with a Candle Box to the One end, to the Front the Coffer has a Carved frieze with the date 1670 and Initials' E B, with Carving to the Front Panels, and framework, there are some shrinkage splits to some of the panels as can be expected, but are all solid! It has had some repairs in the past.
