This Splendid 19th Century Oak and Iron Clad Silver Chest/Trunk is in great condition having a rectangular Top, opening to reveal an Original Green Baize with label to the Underside, and a Grey paper Lined Interior and Painted Grey Base, making this a very Clean Trunk, suitable for Storage, Clothes, Boots, Toys, Books, Games, etc.....!
To the outside there is a Brass name plate with the name A.K.HICHENS. Esq together with a Brass escutcheon under the Main Clasp. A pair of sturdy Cast Iron Handles adorn each end.
