This Fine Georgian Mahogany Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers is in great condition full of Charm and Character, the moulded edged top sits above Two Small Drawers and Three Graduated Larger Drawers all of Dovetailed construction, with cock beading and all run smooth, fitted with Brass Escutcheon's and lovely Wooden Turned replacement Handles. The chest has a shaped apron underneath, all coming to rest upon very elegant Splay Bracket feet. There are no shrinkage splits in the Top or the Sides, which is all to common in a lot of chests unfortunately. All in all a lovely practical Chest with great Veneers and Patina. Circa 1800.
