Here at Tall Trees Antiques & Interiors we have had this just come in, this Superb Burr Walnut Serpentine Fronted Tallboy Chest of Drawers is in great condition having a Dentil Cornice above Four Graduated Drawers below separated by a Brushing Slide fitted with brass pull handles and a further Three Graduated Drawers below the slide, all Drawers run Smoothly, are of Dovetailed Construction with Cock beading, and are fitted with Brass Escutcheon's and Handles, Working Locks to which there are Two Keys, all coming to rest upon Swept Bracket feet interspaced with a Shaped Apron. This Lovely Quality made Tallboy has great Veneers and Patina with great proportions ideal for storage but not overpowering, making it an ideal practical addition to grace any Home. The Tallboy splits in half for ease of transportation. Circa 1920.
